Congratulations! Now it’s time for your AI Editor Test.
Please read all the information before scheduling your time to take the AI Editor Test.
To complete the test, you’ll need to reserve a two-hours timeslot at least 24 hours in advance. You can only sign up once per month. If you don’t pass the test you can reapply in 30 days.
On the day and time you’ve selected, you’ll be sent an email (make sure to check your spam folder as well!) from hr@dailytranscription.com with:
👉 A video file
👉 An AI generated transcript
👉 The instructions
How to schedule your test:
👉 Select the day you want to take your test, click on one of the slots available where you want to start and complete it with your name_EDITOR and email, like this:

👉 An automated email will be sent with the time you’ve chosen. Following this example, Ceci will get a notification that she has scheduled her transcription test for 5/12 at 5 pm PST.

Prepare for your test:
👉Set yourself 2 hours to complete the test. We cannot accept transcription tests that are returned late.You must send back your test BEFORE your two-hour timeslot expires.

- Sample/template page. (You can delete the content and use it as a template, this way you’ll already know the format is in place)
If you have a transcription software, you can use it. It’s not mandatory to use it, but if you do, you can use it. Here’s a link to the one we recommend: Express Scribe. (Here’s a little tutorial: Express Scribe Tutorial)
Materials you’ll need:

👉Headset.
👉PC or Laptop. The test cannot be completed using your phone.
