Starting with the Information Form (for first time users)

First we will need your company information prior to starting any project.

• Click on the “Get Started Now” icon on any of our website's pages or download our project information form as listed below.
• There are NO Fees or Sign up cost for our services.
• If you used the Get Started section, you will receive an email confirming that we received your information.
• If you are using the project information form you can email us the PDF or fax the form to us, which ever you prefer.

That's it! You're ready to get started!

Uploading your Digital Recorded Files

• Click on our File Upload Section and each easy to use step to attach one or multiple files.
• You will be asked your name, company, email address, video type and special instructions you wish to include.
• You can upload multiple files. You can delete an uploaded file if uploaded by error.
• We will notify you once your files have been uploaded successfully.

If you have questions about your file type, visit our how to prepare your transcription. This section will also help you avoid accruing unnecessary transcription cost. One of our transcriptionists will download the file and begin working on it.
 

Converting Tape and other Media

Our preferred delivery is a Real Media or Windows media file.

We accept a variety of media formats for your convenience and are able to digitize multiple formats available. Our conversion fees are dependent on your file format provided to us. We take into account the type of media and digitizing time when billing.

Large productions with many hours of footage can significantly reduce their production cost by using Daily Transcripts Digital Media Solutions provided by Transcomedia. Transcomedia provides fully scaleable Digital Asset Management systems, including encoders, transcoders, media storage and logging stations. This service is available at NO COST and exclusive to Daily Transcripts Clients.

Transcription Delivery

Completed transcripts are sent via email to the email address provided by you.

Transcripts are delivered as Microsoft Word Documents, unless otherwise specified.

We can also print, copy and ship your transcription for an additional fee.

Billing

You will be sent an invoice via email.

All customers are billed at a 15 day net.

Prices are discounted based on cash or check payments; there is an additional surcharge for credit card or paypal transactions.
