Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line and will be added to our database for future follow-up.

When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information, we redirect visitors to a secure server. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

All Daily Transcripts employees and contractors are bound under Non-Disclosure Agreement enforceable under United States and local laws.  Our transcribers are American based, and therefore subject to United States Law. All information we receive from you in tangible and intangible form will not be disclosed to any third party, unless required by law.

All transcription work it subject to the terms and conditions outlined on this site.  All work must be accompanied by a Work Request Order either via on-line or by fax.  Upon order completion all information is deleted from our system within 30 days unless otherwise informed by the client.

We will not sell or provide you information to third parties unless preauthorized by the client.
